Risk Management
Learning Outcomes:

- Involve appropriate people in developing policies and procedures.
Rent Setting
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify that rent setting policies are critical to financial viability.
- Examine the funding and regulatory requirements that shape rent setting policy.
- Explore different scenarios to familiarise yourself with Rent Setting.
- Learn how to assess income.
- Use the CHCWA Rent Setting spreadsheet to capture maximum Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SAAP Service Standards
Learning Outcomes:
- Describes the role of the standards and their importance to a range of stakeholders.
- Understand your role in the implementation of the SAAP standards; and have an understanding of the importance of developing written policies and procedures to support their implementation.
- Use the self assessment tool to inform your development of action plans.
- Devise strategies to overcome barriers to implementation, and work with others to develop the best possible service to your clients.
