Tenancy Law for Community Housing Workers

Delivered by Tenants Advice Service

A course designed specifically for Community Housing Workers about the rights and responsibilities community housing providers must comply with under the Residential Tenancy Act (1987) in key aspects of tenancy management

 

9th June

Strategic Governance

Delivered by the Western Australian Council of Social Service

 

This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the regulatory environment and community expectations required to put you on the path to being a board member that can truly make a difference
21st June HR and Performance Managament

A workshop explaining the principles of performance management and good practice when dealing with staff performance issues. This includes reference to performance appraisals

 

6th July Business and Strategic Planning

A workshop introducing the concepts and purpose of strategic and business plans and their core components

 

18th August Asset Management

A practical workshop which focuses on developing an asset management strategy appropriate to the size and type of your organisation
