Sirovilla retirement village is seeking to appoint a team oriented Executive to provide executive leadership to the organisation and lead a team of two part-time staff.

The Executive Officer has both strategic and operational responsibilities and will be expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement and growth working with the Board to develop, resource and implement strategic priorities and service standards.
