The latest 2021 report, published in May 2023, builds on CHIA’s inaugural report, Australia’s community housing industry in profile, 2020. It has been compiled from the records of 102 of the largest registered community housing organisations, which together deliver an estimated 96% of all community housing. The data presented are for the 2020/21 financial year.

The data presented are for the 2019/20 financial year. Some comparisons to the preceding financial year (2018/19) are also included.
