Community Housing QLD Ltd (CHQL) has delivered this accessible social housing development in partnership with the Queensland Government under the Queensland Housing Investment Growth Initiative.
CHQL has worked alongside the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy’s – Local Housing Service Centre to identify eligible persons from the state government’s housing register including seniors looking to downsize from larger public housing homes and is designed to provide modern and affordable accommodation for people in the Gold Coast Community.
