They provide the same high level of service and manage all types of property owned by other parties including private investors, build-to-rent developers, and other property owners..

The only difference to private real estate agencies, is that all surplus funds are returned to its ‘parent’ community housing organisation and reinvested into the community. This reinvestment back into social and affordable housing enables more individuals and families to access safe, secure housing.

Members of this network are committed to sharing insights, experience, and expertise that will assist members to promote and grow these businesses.

The network will also assist CHIA to respond to relevant government consultations and third party research as well as potentially being a forum with which other organisations engage.
